The brief

The primary aim of the videos were to show the different job roles within the Trust. The videos were also to be shown at recruitment fairs, demonstrating the diverse roles available at Moorfields Eye Hospital.

Main objectives

Plan, create and film a set of videos which demonstrate the work that is being done by staff.
Use the videos at recruitment fairs to attract more potential staff.
Give staff who would normally wouldn't interact with each other to see what their colleagues are working on.
