The brief

I was tasked with creating a unique way of expressing and wishing Her Majesty a happy ninetieth birthday as Patron of Moorfields Eye Hospital. I planned, organised and created an A3 birthday card which was presented to Her Majesty.

Main objectives 

1. My task was to gather people from around the hospital would appear in the photo.
    

2. Create and print the happy ninetieth birthday card, all within a tight deadline.
