With these messages, it was essential to create simple and effective graphics in order to convey information quickly and effectively.

Patient messages to other patients 

The brief

Many patients were missing their appointments due to them not wanting to travel on public transport. To encourage patients to attend appointments so we could manage their eye conditions, we asked patients if they would be happy to share their experiences of Moorfields during the pandemic.

The main issue was that patients had to film themselves on smartphone phones and send us the raw video. It was my duty to clean-up the video and audio in order to ensure the message was clear to use on social media channels. 

Main objectives 

  1. To share videos messages from patients.

  2. To reduce the number of missed appointments.

  3. Boost the understand of the Covid-19 safety measures in place.

The brief

In order to keep the morale of all staff working during the Covid-19 crisis, we decided to reach out to celebrities and politicians to send messages of support to our staff. 

Techniques, tools and process used

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

Main objectives 

  1. Contact celebrities and politicians and work them in order to produce videos to our tech specs and with the correct messages in the videos.

  2. Ensure these videos can be used on social media platforms.
