The brief

To promote how the Trust performed against its last CQC rating and what improvements have been made, through the use of internal and external methods such as internal email campaign and social media messages.

Main objectives 

  1. To develop the visual and social media campaign to educate the public about the rating received from the CQC.
     

  2. Plan, film and edit and short video to be used on social media channels.
     

  3. Create print banners to be used an events. 
     

  4. Managed social media feedback from the public.
